The Client Journey
What to expect when you work 1-to-1 with me for coaching and hypnotherapy.
People generally begin by scheduling a phone call, Zoom conversation or in person meet to talk about your situation and the support you’re looking for.
This initial conversation lasts for 30-45 minutes and gives you the chance to discuss the challenges you are facing to a non-judgemental professional ear and gives me the chance to begin deciding on the best approach for you.
2. First Session
The first session will be 1 - 1.15 hours and will be spent exploring your situation in depth taking into consideration your life experiences and personal history with the presenting issue.
We will finish with some relaxation hypnosis to prepare the subconscious for deeper change work and start the process of a calmer, more relaxed you.
3. Subsequent 1-6 session treatment plan
Although it’s impossible to give an exact number of sessions required, many clients see me for between 1 and 6 sessions over a course of 1-3 months.
Each session is 1 hr to 1.15 and includes a recording for you to take home to reinforce the session content.
There is often practical exercises to implement and small, manageable goals set.
I’ll check in with you before each session to see how you’ve been getting on and what you’d like to focus on in the next session.
4. Celebrating A New You : A Final Farewell
Following our treatment plan you may wish to book in in 4-6 weeks time to check in on your progress and any hiccups along the way.
Typically clients enjoy the chance in a final session to reflect on the journey they have made and cement their learning for future happiness. Final sessions often include the classic NLP Heroes Journey and Mindscaping.
5. Optional Ongoing Self Care
After working with me for your initial issue I’m always available for any of life’s ups and downs.
Many clients enjoy changing the nature of their support to my revive and restore services including Reiki healing, Aromatherapy and reflexology.
