Hi I’m Steph, I’m an expert in brain behaviour and energy balancing. I help anxious and unconfident people feel calm, positive and in control using a system I call the Calm, Confident and Connected System.
Many people arrive here at this screen when there’s something bothering them. Perhaps you’ve lived with an issue for years or perhaps a new situation is bringing up something that’s throwing you off balance. You’re really trying but there’s just something about it that you can’t get past.
It’s as if there are two parts of you, one that knows the rational, sensible thing to do and the other that’s rebelling against it. For some people it's a habit that’s sticking around, for others it's a debilitating fear or long term anxiety, depression or stress.
A little about me...
As an anxiety and confidence coach, reiki healer and clinical hypnotherapist, I support people with day-to-day barriers to find balance.
Too many people suffer unnecessarily as we have not been shown effective ways to manage our minds, energies and emotions. I retrained as a therapist in 2014 after a long cycle of burnout and recuperation whilst working in education. A shy child and an anxious teen, it’s been a long personal journey to learn how to work better with my mind and emotions for more consistent confidence and contentment.
I’ve worked with many alternative therapies over the years, determined to help myself get better and I’ve been so pleased to find my own formula that I decided to put my skills as a teacher and retailer to better use to truly help others who were struggling.
I aspire to help educate and influence change in every client I work with the hope that it can reduce suffering and make the world a happier, more peaceful place.
I work with clients online via Zoom or in person in Thame and various clinics in South Oxfordshire where I provide a comfortable, friendly, non –judgemental space to together for positive change.

Of course as with any therapy there is no guarantee of success. I can only report that the approaches I used are known therapy approaches taught at reputable UK schools and have worked for clients previously for the problems presented.
