Many people arrive here at this screen when there’s something bothering them. Perhaps you’ve lived with an issue for years or perhaps a new situation is bringing up something that’s throwing you off balance. You’re really trying  but there’s just something about it that you can’t get past.

It’s as if there are two parts of you, one that knows the rational, sensible thing to do and the other that’s rebelling against it. For some people it's a habit from nail biting to overeating, for others it's a debilitating fear  or long term worry such as anxiety, inertia or stress.

As a coach, mind-body healer and clinical hypnotherapist, I support people with day-to-day barriers to find balance, break habits and move forwards feeling calm, clear and confident.

Too many people suffer unnecessarily as we have not been shown effective ways to manage our minds, energies and emotions.  I aspire to help educate and influence change in every client I work with the hope that it can send ripples to others, ripples that reduce suffering and make the world a happier, more peaceful place.
