A little about me...


I’m Steph Clarkson, as a life coach and hypnotherapist, I help people with day-to-day barriers take control and move forwards with support  that helps you to find balance, break habits and move forwards feeling capable and confident. 

After successful careers in both teaching and the arts, I retrained as a coach and therapist as  I wanted to give back to the world in an even more positive and meaningful way. Too many people suffer unnecessarily as we have not been shown effective ways to manage our minds and emotions.  I aspire to help educate and influence change in every client I work with the hope that it can send ripples to others, ripples that reduce suffering and make the world a happier, more peaceful place.

I specialise in anxiety amongst other topics as it’s something  that visited me many times throughout my childhood, teens and early twenties before I turned to alternative therapies to heal myself and learn better ways to live in my own mind and body. Now I use those tried and tested methods to help others on their journeys ..
