Find balance, move forwards and overcome barriers*....
Many people arrive here at this screen when there’s something bothering them. Perhaps you’ve lived with an issue for years or perhaps a new situation is bringing up something that’s throwing you off balance. You’re really trying but there’s just something about it that you can’t get past.
It’s as if there are two parts of you, one that knows the rational, sensible thing to do and the other that’s rebelling against it. For some people it's a habit from nail biting to overeating, for others it's a debilitating fear or long term worry such as anxiety, inertia or stress.
Consider 1-to-1 coaching if
You want to learn better ways to work with your mind and emotions to resolve that thing that’s bothering you.
The idea of that subconscious ‘rebel’ helping rather than hindering sounds great!
You’re ready to drop what’s holding you back and start enjoying yourself more.
A little about me...
As a coach, mind-body healer and clinical hypnotherapist, I support people with day-to-day barriers to find balance, break habits and move forwards feeling calm, clear and confident.
Too many people suffer unnecessarily as we have not been shown effective ways to manage our minds, energies and emotions. I aspire to help educate and influence change in every client I work with the hope that it can send ripples to others, ripples that reduce suffering and make the world a happier, more peaceful place.
I work with clients online via Zoom or in person in Thame, Abingdon and Garsington Oxfordshire where I provide a comfortable, friendly, non –judgemental space to together for positive change.
Keep up to date with live support, articles and feel-good content on social media
Of course as with any therapy there is no guarantee of success. I can only report that the approaches I used are known therapy approaches taught at reputable UK schools and have worked for clients previously for the problems presented.

"The one major thing was the ability to speak to Steph impartially. Her outlook & calming nature really helped me to understand that I have no reason to feel guilty about wanting my own happiness. I also gained a great deal from the mindfulness sessions in the sense that I now spend 10 or 20 minutes each morning in preparation for my day and because of that I am able to think clearly and concentrate on the task in hand…I’ve found myself again. I look at everything so differently now & I no longer have anything to be scared of.” - Richard, Barnsley
