Welcome, I’m Steph Clarkson an experienced clinical hypnotherapist and wellbeing coach specialising in anxiety support.

My role is to help you to stop doing what holds you back and start doing what will move you forward. 

In a session with me I’ll teach you the tools to manage your mind and emotions and then use hypnotherapy to support that change at a deeper level; arming you with a toolbox you can draw upon whenever you need.

Either online or in person at my Thame therapy service, I provide a comfortable, friendly, non –judgemental space where we can look at what’s going on in your life and figure out together how to resolve and improve any aspects you're not happy with.  

Using cutting-edge techniques from the world of NLP, Hypnosis, CBT, Life Coaching, EMDR and Solution Focused therapies we'll work together encourage rapid and meaningful change in your life.
